Angie Devi started teaching her wellbeing classes in 2012 alongside her day job as a Trading Standards Officer for Local Government.

She trained as a Zumba Instructor before launching the Devi Workout, combining her passion for meditation with her personal training classes.   She taught Bollywood Fitness, Yoga and Aqua Aerobics at her local gym and was one of the first fitness trainers to combine meditation as part of her programme.

In 2013, she also created the Breathe out Narcissism programme helping 100s of women overcome the effects and trauma of narcissistic abuse.

She consolidated all her experience into a single elegant mind and body system, known as the Meditation Minded Method ™ using mind training and self actualisation philosophy to drive natural wellbeing, health and self-respect.

She still hosts her weekly 15 minute meditation classes every Sunday at 9am.
